Jonas, Amelia, Benny, Lina, Olive, and Gunther were found as strays along a highway in Texas where they were most likely dumped. They arrived to their Virginia area fosters on March 19th. Benny is very friendly and listens well to correction from my big dogs (2 shepherds). He is adventurous and loves to run and wrestle! He initially showed signs of food and toy protection, but he accepts correction well. He is more dominant than his brother. He is still figuring out potty training but has done a great job going outside after being in his crate. Benny is very smart - in the week+ he's been here, he understands sit, down, and is learning how to walk on a leash. He has almost figured out how to open my latch handle doors. He is used to jumping so we are working on a lot of "sit." He loves to stand on his hind legs and think teaching him how to "dance" will be easy!
