Luke 1163 needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
Luke and his siblings were rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. He arrived to his foster in Virginia on January 31st. His foster in Texas said, "The puppies were bottle fed by us and raised with old dogs, young dogs, kids and cats. Recently their fur is becoming a little less fluffy and more of a smooth coat."
