Lester is a 4 month old puppy who was bottle fed with his littermates after his mother gave birth in the shelter, and was reclaimed by the owners without her babies. Les is an incredibly cuddly puppy, I assume because he has been held by people so much from such an early age. He is absolutely a lap dog, and while he does like to play with other pups, his favorite place is in the arms of his person. Lester is great about potty training and crate training. He has only had on accident since he got here, and sleeps through the night in the crate fantastically. He also loves every kid, cat, dog or adult that he meets! We aren't sure what breed he is, but I am guessing he definitely has some Chow in him. Lester's mother looked like a flat coated retriever of sorts. He is very fluffy and soft, has a brindle coat and will likely not exceed 60 pounds as an adult. Les is truly one of the sweetest, easiest puppies I have ever fostered and his siblings are said to have the same personality. Make no mistake, he will chew on the occasional shoe or couch corner, but all in all he is a wonderful puppy that will be relatively easy to train. He is being fostered in Louisa, VA.
