Fanta is a 2 year old (best guess) German Shepherd Dog. She is a large dog and currently weighs 70lbs. Fanta is a true to breed German Shepherd when it comes to her looks, personality, and intelligence. She is a smart girl and learns quickly when being incentivized with treats. She does well with other dogs given slow introductions, but does not do well with cats and other small animals such as rabbits and birds. Fanta loves everyone that she meets and also does well with children. Fanta is spayed and heartworm negative. She was recently having some gastrointestinal issues that appear to have resolved after moving her to a non-poultry diet. Fanta was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas with her three puppies: Strawberry, Pineapple, and Orange. She arrived to Virginia in August.
