Percival (a.k.a Percy) had a bit of a rough start but has managed to come leaps and bounds in the couple weeks he has been in Virginia. Even though he is smaller than his other two brothers in the house, he holds his own and is definitely the boss. Percy is the epitome of "size is isn't everything" and he keeps his brothers on their toes. Percy has no problem letting you know when he thinks he isn't getting enough cuddle time and very much likes to be loved on. He enjoys romping in the leaves and finding sticks with his brothers. I expect Percy to be be of average activity level but to have a very strong will/alpha tendencies and he will need a strong handler with breed experience. That said, he very much wants to please and with training, should be a great dog. Plus, I dare you to say no to that face! Percy will be ready at the end of February for his forever home. Whilhelmina, Minerva, Sybil, Aurora, Pomona, Wulfric, Brian, Albus, and Percival were all rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. They arrived to their Virginia area fosters on January 29th, but cannot be adopted until they are at least 8weeks of age.
