Dexter and Chelsea are companions (at this time we do not believe they need to be adopted together) with a foster in Texas. There were originally three dogs found together on the side of a busy highway, but sadly, one had perished and the other was suffering from a broken leg. Only Dexter seemed to be unscathed. His Texas foster says he is a solid dog and very well behaved. Dexter arrived to his Pennsylvania foster on October 16th.
