Sweet, sweet Argo was rescued from a deplorable backyard breeding pen where he, Pan & Luz spent their entire life. Argo is now learning how to be a healthy cherished family dog and we are so excited for his transformation. Sadly, at age 5 Argo does not know his name or even how to play fetch because no one ever bothered to teach him... until now. He has been a lovely house guest, sleeps quietly in his crate at night and has very nice indoor manners. Argo is very dog friendly and seems most comfortable with another dog. He is shy with introductions but will approach when ready to allow pets and full body scratches. Argo seems most trusting of women, is non-reactive but initially keeps more distance to men and small, quick-moving children. He walks nicely on leash, exhibits no resource guarding tendencies, takes treats nicely and is very quiet. We are so excited to watch Argo become more confident and show that gentle, kind-spirited personality that has been suppressed for so many years.
