*Ziva is part of a bonded pair with Tony* Meet sweet Miss Ziva! She and Tony came up from Texas and are currently with their foster learning how to dog. Ziva is a 8 year old shepherd mix that has a new found love of squeaky toys! Ziva does great with Tony but can be a bit hit or miss with other dogs. She seems best with submissive male dogs. She loves every person she meets. Sadly she is not ok with cats. Ziva loves hanging out with Tony, getting lots of love from the humans, and playing with her toys. We are not sure either Ziva or Tony have every really had a loving home before since they seem baffled by normal home-like things. Each day Ziva grows more confident and is learning this home life is actually pretty sweet! Ziva’s days consist of outside potty breaks, food time, playing in the yard, chilling while waiting on foster mom to come home, and then repeating the cycle all over again! In the evening she is either playing with foster mom and Tony, or playing contently with her toys. Ziva does fine in her crate at night or when foster mom is at work. (The treats she gets for going in are her favorite part!) She does well in a car. Ziva has a lower energy level and doesn’t require much exercise. She loves playing with Tony, and can go for shorter walks. The perfect family for Ziva and Tony would be a lower energy household and someone who wants to spend time showing these two all the love they have missed! Ziva and Tony are being fostered in Christiansburg, VA and taking applications!
