Finn was rescued from a shelter in Texas after he was removed from his owners, along with his companion Fern. Finn may also be the father to the puppies of Fern and Faye. He has mange that is being treated. He is super friendly to both humans and dogs. He arrived to his foster on Virginia on January 30th.
