Victory is a very sweet, petite young lady. It has been a real joy watching her come out of her shell the past few days. She gave birth to a litter of puppies a few months ago and, after taking care of them, is now looking for her forever home. Victory is almost 3.5 years old and appears to be a low to medium energy dog that wants nothing more than to please, play, and be loved on. Victory is very smart and a quick learner. She walks well on a leash and has mastered ascending and descending the stairs. Victory happily goes into her crate and sleeps the whole night through. There have been no accidents in her crate or in the house. So far, the only time Victory whines or fusses, is to let her foster know she needs to go outside to potty. Victory is getting along very well with the three resident German shepherd dogs, showing no signs of dominance or aggression. She has a cataract in her left eye and is heartworm positive (treatment begins Oct 8th). Victory was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas and arrived to her foster in Virginia on September 28th.
