We collect the information about you when you submit one of our online forms and store that information in a database. We also collect information during the Home Visit, phone conversations, emails, text messages, etc. Each time we collect information, it is added to your records in our database.
When you speak with us, regardless of the media used, you are providing us with the information voluntarily and intentionally.
How We Use The Information
We use the information that we collect about you to answer your inquiries, process your application for adopting, fostering, and/or volunteering, and help with surrendering a dog.
Website Usage Information
We also collect information about how our website is used. For example, we look at which pages are visited most, how many new visitors we had on an individual day, the average length of time people spend browsing our site, and so on. We factor this information into updates and improvements to our website.
