There is a new Tigger in town! This gentle fella was rescued from the streets of TX by SSR. Tigger is such a good boy! He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, housebroken, crate trained, and walks perfect on the leash. Tigger is currently being treated for heartworms, SSR will continue treatment cost until he's negative. He is showing playfulness with larger and smaller dogs, ok with dog savvy cats. Slow introductions must be taken with all resident animals, in order for Tiggs to feel comfortable. Tigger prefers to be in the company of people of all sizes, rather than alone and considers himself a lap dog. He absolutely loves snuggles and will make a cute little wooing noise when trying to get your attention. He's showing no aggression or reactivity when being handled or over food/toys. When outside he will stick close to you. He is not reactive on the leash, or through fencing/barriers. Tigger does have some anxiety when left alone, but is showing improvements with time. This young fella is looking for some people to show him all the love he's missed out on in his life.
