Rosie found herself in a high kill Texas shelter. While visiting the shelter in person, I heard a dog howling near the back. Suspecting a GSD, I found Rosie letting out deep howls begging to be released from her prison. She had clearly been a house dog prior and was unhappy with her accommodations. Rosie had a microchip, but no owners ever reclaimed her. Rosie was with a TX foster for a little bit. She has now left the state of TX and is being fostered in PA. Rosie is about 8 years old. She does have some minor ailments and discomfort but is on the road to recovery. She has done well with her foster siblings and is very happy to be part of a pack again. Please consider giving this lovely older gal the retirement home she craves and deserves.
