If you're looking for a dog to brighten your day - Sunshine is your girl! She loves following you around and is very food motivated which makes training time extra fun. She's an A+ napper in her crate and knows to sit and wait patiently before running out for some pets. She did well ignoring cats in her TX foster home and does well with other dogs after a few proper intros as she can come off as a bit strong at first. She is spunky and playful but does not require a ton of exercise - just enough to get out a few zoomies! A home with no little children would be best as she is learning not to communicate and play with mouthiness. Health: She is Heartworm+ and has started treatment. She has completed her treatment for TVT, a sexually transmitted cancer in dogs. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
