UPDATE: Beigey has made it to Virginia and is ready for his forever family. He does well with small and large dogs, is cat friendly and loves his people. Beigey is wearing the red   collar in the video.

Beigey was found covered in ticks, fleas, and mange on a rural property in Texas. The owner of the property said that the dogs had been running around his property and that he was actively trying to kill them via poison and firearms. 

Beigey was found with other dogs who were also suffering from infections, dehydration, gunshot woods, and more. Luckily, Beigey was the healthiest out of the bunch and didn't require hospitalization like the rest.   He is currently being treated for a urinary tract infection.  He occasionally urinates  on the pad in his crate. However, he does his bowel movements outside. He is starting to go to the door to go out or bark in his crate if he needs to go out. 

Beigey knows sit, stay and 'no'  but his attention span is that of a puppy--short. He loves to run and play with his tennis ball. Beigey will interrupt his play to check on you and give kisses. He loves cuddles and belly rubs and squeaky toys. And to top it off, he has a heart-shaped nose.  How can you resist him? Please open your heart and home to this perfect little puppy!
