Sultan came from the streets of Cleveland, TX colonies!

One lonely puppy at just 6-8weeks old roaming around all alone the dangerous streets of Cleveland. He was picked up by one of our local feeders and brought to her house where she discovered how he was malnourished and covered in fleas.

Sultan is receiving age appropriate vet care and will be ready to be adopted in Virginia at the end of November!
