Starr is still available for adoption. Please do not let the fact that she had FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) deter you from adopting. She is recovering nicely and starting to put a little weight on her right back leg. She is so lovable, good with dogs and cats, needs a little leash work as she pulls, but we will work on that now that she is recovering. Starr spent half her life, she is only 2, on the streets of Texas. Please think about adding her to your family. Starr is heartworm positive and treatment will be provided by SSR. She will just need to be on Advantage Multi for a few months and then retested.
