Ten puppies were brought to a shelter by their "owner" in the Rio Grande Valley to be euthanized. SSR saved the puppies before being put to sleep due to no one wanting them. The puppies will travel to Virginia where they will be available for adoption once they've received the age appropriate vaccinations. The puppies in the litter are: Dumpling, Lumpia, Ziti, Challah, Dosa, Gnocchi, Pita, Cannoli, Baguette, and Orzo. They are named after some volunteers' favorite breads and pastas!
