Learn more about the German Shepherd Dog.
May was found as a stray on a rural road in Texas. Her belly was so big we thought she was pregnant, but the poor thing just turned out to be full of worms. May is being fostered in Pittsburgh, PA and is so ready to find her forever home! May is incredibly adaptable and has learned to walk on a leash, go to her crate, potty outside, and sleep through the night. She has seamlessly fit into our family dynamic and loves to cuddle with us on the couch and play with our resident pup. While she can be scared to meet new people and is skittish of men, she warms up quickly if you allow her to get to know you on her own terms. She is such a sweetie pie and is usually too excited to learn how to sit-- but she will stand on her own hind legs for a treat! She is also super helpful cleaning the house-- she likes to eat cat fur tumbleweeds and kindly drips her water all over the floor for you to mop up. In all seriousness, May is the closest to perfect a dog can get. All she needs is love and cuddles and she'll be loyal to you forever! Don't miss the opportunity to bring this little ball of happiness into your life and experience the immeasurable joy that May has to offer!
