Marcus is a puppy that was found as a stray in Texas. He had a littermate with him originally that was hit by a car and unfortunately died. As the "lone survivor" we decided to name him Marcus after Marcus Luttrell who is a retired United States Navy SEAL that was also called the lone survivor.
Say hello to one of the best and nicest dogs we have ever met! Marcus is still very much a puppy but with the best disposition. Even though he was a rescue off the streets of Texas, you would never know it. He is well-behaved and friendly around people and kids, other dogs, and cats. Marcus was here for about a week until he started playing with our shepherd from SSR. He can be shy meeting folks for about 10 seconds, then wags his tail and wants to be your friend.
He is working hard to be house trained now but he may have the
occasional
"accidents" when he gets excited. He REALLY likes to be around people! Marcus is a snuggle bug with a big bark. He has spots on his paws and is the cutest thing going! We think he is about 7-8 months old, about 40 lbs, still lanky with long legs.
