Billy is a Belgian Malinois that showed up on someone's doorstep as a stray in Rio Grande City, TX. He has straight-leg syndrome, meaning that his back legs are stiff and do not bend properly. He navigates life very well with straight-leg syndrome and he is a very happy boy! He loves being around people and playing with other dogs. The minute you meet him you will fall in love with him. He is full of life and love and does not know he has a disability. This boy is truly amazing!!
