Moe has arrived to his foster home, with his sister, Molly! They are settling in well and learning to be puppies again! We had a spa day, filled our bellies, enjoyed lots of toys, and playing with their older foster brother and sister! Moe is more the protector of the siblings - he barks at his reflection in the windows at night (LOL) or noises he hears, but settles calmly on the floor and just chills, and is learning to walk on our floors with those massive paws of his!! More updates soon as we spend more time with this amazing pup! Moe joined the foster boy at his lacrosse practice this week, we walked on a leash for the first time with a prong collar, and did pretty well. He is very intelligent, he quickly picks up commands of heel and sit. He showed an interest in everything going on around him, but he didn't bark at the ducks, or humans or kids on the playground, then settled in the grass next to his foster mama and just watched the boy practice. He also rode very well in the car! Moe was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas where he was living in a crate for over a month. He will travel to Virginia in April/May 2023 where he will be available for adoption.
