Clover was found abandoned and dump in a storm drain in Texas. She was very dehydrated and was not responding to anyone talked or waving at her. The kind people that found her grabbed ladders and jumped into the storm drain to rescue her and take her to the emergency vet. After being rescued, it was determined that Clover is blind and unable to see. Special Needs: Blind If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
