Lady Tater was found all by herself, soaking wet from a rainstorm with no shelter, in rural Texas. She was rescued by SSR and arrived in northern Virginia on February 17. Her name comes from a few volunteers saying "Later, Tater!" when they dropped her off at the boarding facility in Texas. On the ride home, they decided to name her Lady Tater.
Lady Tater is spayed, Heart-worm negative, crate and potty trained. They are guessing she is around 1.5-2 years old. Young but no puppy antics! She is very sweet and gentle, however, she is a little clingy which has led to some jealousy with the puppy in the house. She is definitely a Velcro dog and has a bit of separation anxiety. Most of all, Lady Tater just wants a nice place to sleep and some tummy rubs.
