Neil was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. He arrived to his foster in Pennsylvania on October 1st. Neil is such a sweet boy. He loves to give hugs and kisses. He is a fun dog that loves to play but also loves to snuggle on the couch. He is great with dogs and kids but not good with cats. He will chase them to play with them. He is housebroken and crate trained. No food or toy aggression.
