• Butterscotch has arrived in Virginia and has settled in nicely. He's overly curious with being inside, examining every inch of the house (closets included).  He was a bit perplexed with the ceiling fan, dryer and tv giving many head bobs that were so darn cute. He has a black muzzle and tan body. He's heartworm positive with no other health issues. This boy is super chill, makes himself at home and you'd think he's been here his whole life. He's super interactive with everyone in the house and did I mention he has great breath. He can be a bit sneaky, so be on top of your game when it comes to your shoes & phone.

• Age: 13 months
• Gender: Neutered male
• Medical History: Up to date on shots. Heartworm positive and being treated
• Behavior: High energy. Does well with treat motivation for commands like “sit”. Good with cats and other dogs. 

Butterscotch was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas.  He is heartworm positive and will be treated at SSR's expense.  He arrived to the Virginia area on April 20nd.
