Briggs was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. He is a sweet soul and has had a hard life. It is believed he has been an outside dog his whole life and because of this, is not crate trained. Briggs is thin and treats any food as if his last. He gets along well with both male and female dogs and is gentle and friendly. Briggs loves being inside and always seems to check when going out that he'll be able to come back indoors. His ideal person will be loving, patient, and give him the structure and training he needs. He is a diamond in the rough and whomever is lucky enough to become his person will have won the lottery. He arrived in VA on March 5th
