  March 14th. Update. Frosty is doing very well in his foster home. His leg has been cleared by the Vet to play, run and he is building his muscles. He has conquered the stairs. Frosty loves playing with both his male and female foster dogs. He enjoys long walks and cozy dog beds. He is crate trained and has had no accidents in the house since arriving. 


Frosty was found as a stray in Texas.  He showed up on someone's property and did not leave for a week, so the finder reached out to rescue.  He is malnourished and has a limp/wound on his leg. Frosty is friendly to people & dogs and ignores cats. He arrived in VA on March 5th
