Tank was surrendered to an ER clinic in Texas when his owners couldn't afford an expensive surgery to remove an intestinal foreign body. SSR stepped up and took Tank in so he could receive the surgery instead of facing euthanasia. He should be coming to the Virginia area in February/March.
