Chips is a sweet, but shy little girl who made her way up to VA on January 28th. Her foster family is still getting to know her personality, but she is a very sweet and mellow puppy so far. She is very timid at first, and will shy away from being picked up, but then snuggles and nuzzles her people quickly. She is very excited to get to know her tiny foster hooman and her doberman foster sister. Her personality is continuing to bloom as she gets used to living in a home.
Chips was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas with her companions Vanessa and Dip. Chips will be available for adoption when she is 8 weeks old.
