Meet Tilly!! She is a sweet girl who loves everyone -- ESPECIALLY babies -- and including dogs and cats! She needs a home with a fellow dog to help teach her how to dog. She would also thrive in a large family with kids and even babies. (Did we mention she loves babies? Since you might already be cleaning up lots of poo, don't worry: she's already housebroken!) She appears to be part GSD/ Maybe Malinois/ 100% stubborn playful puppy, so she'll definitely REQUIRE professional training to help her be the best dog she can be.
Milly and Tilly are very sweet and shy little girls who are around 4 months old. They appear to be German Shepherd, Malinois mixes but more than likely have some other great stuff mixed in there as well. We don’t know for sure as they came to us from another rescue who got them as strays.
They are bonded to each other but at this age they can quickly bond to another human or dog. They do not have to be adopted together, although we would consider this with a proper training plan in place.
Milly is coming out of her shell and trusting humans more and more every day. Tilly is still very shy but gaining confidence as she is watching Milly and the resident dogs in her fosters home. They both would do best with another dog in the home to show them the way. This is a must for Tilly.
They both love children, however Tilly seems to light up around babies and toddlers. She is very sweet and gentle and tolerates baby screaming like a champ! Milly gets a little startled at baby screams but still is very sweet and gentle with small kiddos.
They are dog and cat friendly, house broken, and crate trained. They don’t walk very well on the leash yet and don’t know any commands other than sit 70% of the time.
They will REQUIRE professional training and puppy classes due to them possibly being malinois mixes.
They have been treated for kennel cough, microchipped, are fully vaccinated and ready for their forever homes. They both will need to be spayed by the end of January 2022 at the adopters expense, and proof of spay is required to be sent to the rescue at that time.
