Lance has made it to Martinsburg, WV, last night. This sweet boy is about a year old. He has marks on his neck and is missing hair from being attacked by another dog. He’s super sweet and I’m working on getting to know him better. If you are an approved adopter let your caseworker know you are interested. And if you aren’t approved, get an application in for this sweet boy!
Lance was an owner surrender to a vet hospital in Texas. He arrived to his West Virginia foster on September 18th.
