Highway was found as a stray in Texas along a....yes, highway. His finder said " Found this boy on the side of the highway. Middle of nowhere he was probably dumped. He looks very young, maybe 2, really good dog, gets along with my dogs and isn’t interested in my chickens or cats." He arrived to his Maryland foster on August 7th.
