Foxtrot, Miss Foxy for short, is a wonderful girl that would be a great addition to most homes.  She is currently with a temp foster while fomom gets a vacation and here are a few updates.  She loves all people and is very vocal when first seeing someone new.  Even on the street, a jogger or cyclist is going to catch her attention.  If you try to walk past her without saying hello?  That's just not acceptable!  She walks well on the leash, but will need some guidance that jumping on people is a no-no.  She'll also need basic training, but seems to be very smart and willing to please.  She does well in a crate, but can be rather vocal when you first put her in there, especially if you walk away.  She is able to self soothe and will quiet down on her own after a little time.  Since she seems so vocal, an apartment or condo is probably not the best residence for her.  But, surprise, surprise, steps are easy peasy!  Do to her friendly nature, kids of all ages should be fine, as long as they can handle being pushed over by an exuberant puppy.  Foxy is a little unsure and will need some confidence building.  She insisted that George Washington's statue needed to be barked at!  She seems to be housetrained but will still need supervision and many breaks since she is still a puppy  She’s very excited when meeting dogs and will need some assistance on how it should be properly done  Once introduced, she is fine with hem  Cats she didn’t seem to notice unless they ran  This does not seem to be prey driven but is a little over-excited and wants to chase  With work and a dog savvy cat, she would probably be fine

Whiskey, Tango, and Foxtrot were transferred from a partner rescue in Texas.  They arrived to their foster in Virginia on July 17th.
