Scarlet was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. She is heartworm positive but will be treated at SSR's expense. She arrived to her West Virginia foster on June 26th.
Scarlet is a sweetheart who loves to give kisses and get belly rubs. She is full of energy and will need a lot of exercise once her heartworm has been fully treated. She would benefit from obedience training. She currently knows how to sit. We are working on lay down. She is house trained. She is crate trained, but does bark at first and will bark if she can see you. She pulls on the leash, but that is a work in progress. She would be best suited with someone who has Malinois experience or experience with a very high energy dog.
