Owner surrenders are emotional for many reasons, and this is no exception to heartbreak. Ace was undeniably loved by his previous owner every day of his life. When her life changed she tried everything to keep him but sadly it did not work out. Silver lining: He will continue to be loved every day by SSR and never know a day without being truly adored. Ace is a handsome, healthy, well trained 6 year old guy. He is true to the breed and would love to be your giant shadow, personal assistant, sleep monitor, personal barricade between you and everything as well as breathe the same air. He is loyal, even tempered and wants to protect, but he is also scared of a blow dryer so underneath that handsome and fierce exterior is really a giant baby. Ace previously lived with a small dog, cats and chickens. He is housebroken, LOVES the car, walks nicely on leash, is cautious but friendly, gentle around children and is crate trained but does not need to be crated. Ace is BIG & STRONG with an intimidating first impression so he will need a confident and experienced leader to assure him life is nothing but easy.
