Evelyn and O'Connell were strays found in Texas. They were believed to be bonded, but Evelyn really just lacks confidence and needs another dog, or human, to help her with her separation anxiety and nervousness around new things, so they can be adopted out separately. Evelyn is timid and will try to hide at quick movements, but has warmed up to her foster human in less than a day and seeks her out for affection. We'll know more about Evelyn as she settles into her foster home.
