Milana is all about the love! She wants nothing more than snuggles and scritches followed by a good nap with her lamby toy. Who has got hands for petting and a lap for snuggling? Sign this sweet girl up! Milana is one of our older gals who was a rescue from Texas. However, you would never guess her age by her playful nature. Whether it is rolling in the yard with the kids, running around playing with her doggie friends, or taking a stroll through the neighborhood, Milana is ready to go! Once she has had some time to romp, Milana is all about her naps. Couches, floors, dog beds, they all work for a peaceful snooze. Kids are one of Milana’s favorites, followed by submissive doggie friends. She has not been cat tested at this time. Milana has a dominate female personality, so submissive male dogs would be a good fit. She enjoys rolling over for lots of tummy rubs or just snuggling up with the humans, big or small on the couch. Toys you ask? Milana loves her lamby toy and thinks all the toys are hers. She has no resource guarding issues but will happily steal a toy from her doggie friends when they are not looking. Milana has very little obedience training. This leaves tons of room for learning with her new family. We always recommend obedience training for all our rescues for the best possible adoption outcome. Bonding while training is a wonderful experience for the whole family. She is great in her crate, however as a mature lady, she doesn’t need to be crated. None of those young dog shenanigans for this girl! Have errands to run? Milana makes a great passenger! If she isn’t looking out the window, you will find her happily sleeping along the windy roads. (or stop and go traffic) Can’t take her with you? No worries. Milana is fine on her own at home and will wait till you get back and greet you with a wagging tail at the door. Who is looking to add this wonderful lady to their family?
