Maxwell and Lady are owner surrenders from Texas.  He arrived to his Pennsylvania foster on March 27th.  He was cat tested while in boarding in Texas (see video) and was very afraid of that little furry thing people called a cat.  He would probably do best in a household without the feline companion.
