Learn more about the Belgian Shepherd Malinois.
Logan and London Bridge were rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. They were both found with neck wounds from embedded collars. London Bridge arrived to her foster in Virginia on February 20th and was found to be in heat and have a mild URI. She has been treated for it and will be spayed soon. She is a very loyal, affectionate dog who loves to be near her people. She is not ideal for small children as she likes to be a little too close and will knock them down. When LB gets too excited she mouths at your ankles while you're walking. She also loves walking between your legs. LB is very smart and agile. She is very active and likes to please her human. She is looking for an active home with malinois experiance or knowledge. She is not good for a first time dog owner. She cannot be placed in a home with cats or other small animals. She is very dog friendly, small and large dogs. LB allows handling all over. She is a good girl for her toenails, ears and teethers and enjoys a good bath. She is housebroken, crate trained but vocal at first, walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. When she wants to... she is a mal after all More about London Bridge 1835Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats, Good with Older/Considerate Kids Only, Good with Adults, Somewhat vocal, Does not require a yard, Leashtrained, Cratetrained, Likes to play with toys, Likes to be in your lap, Obedient, Playful, Affectionate, Eager To Please, Intelligent, Even-tempered If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
