When Pulga was initially saved by SSR, she had been run over by her owners and suffered a broken femur and pelvis. Her owners could not afford her vet care and SSR took possession of her.
She was adopted out in Texas, but then two years later her adopter returned her to SSR. She will travel to Virginia around February 2023.
