Looking for a an active, amazing, easy-go-lucky boy? Major is your guy! Major is right at 2 years old and came from the streets of Texas. Like so many of our dogs, he has had to fend for himself for a long time, yet you would never know it from his personality. Major loves kids, shows no interest in cats, and plays well with the 6 other dogs at his foster’s house. He thinks running, chasing balls, and playing with the people is the best day ever. Major is a high energy dog and would do best in a household where there is plenty of opportunity to play, hike, run, and just have an all-around good time. Don’t forget to leave room from him to snuggle with you on the couch at the end of the day! With his intelligence, Major will be a fun dog to train. He has little to no training and will highly benefit from some good training sessions. He is learning potty training. (When a dog lives on the streets, there is no such thing as the “right” place to go!) He does walk nicely on a leash and thinks car rides are amazing. His foster is currently working with him on a little food aggression issue that is a throwback to his street days. Again, this will all come with training. Are you looking for an active boy that you can bond with over some great training sessions? How about someone that is happy to see you anytime and loves having the people to play with?
