Spencer was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. He arrives in Virginia on October 10th. Spencer is a sweet boy who loves everyone he meets. He gets along great with dogs but I still need to cat and kid test him. He does jump up but we are working on that. He loves to run and play but is also happy to chill and get some love. He is UTD on shots and heart worm negative but he still needs to be neutered.
