26 September: Jessie is most definitely an energetic young pup that would do so well in a home with people who love the outdoors – walking, running and hiking are her jam. She LOVES other dogs and would love to have a playmate; she lived with dogs in TX and currently lives with large and small dogs in VA. Jessie is very sweet with kids and we’re not sure which would tire faster playing fetch in the backyard. Jessie is crate trained and is quiet at night in one until it is time for her to go out - she will let you know. She's also amazing in the car and will go right to sleep!
19 September: Jessie is an approximately six-month old, female Black Mouth Cur mix. Her Texas foster says “Jessie loves water/ponds and playing with other dogs. She needs to have chew toys or Kongs and will destroy bedding, pillows or blankets put in her kennel, though does very well with a dog cot”.
