Kevin was rescued from a high kill shelter in Texas. He had sarcoptic mange and is receiving treatment. His Texas foster says, "
He is a smart little boy, he gets along with other dogs, cats, birds & kids."
Once he is healed and healthy, he will make his way up to the Virginia area. Hopefully this will occur in September or October.
