Shadow has been though a tough situation. He was sleeping one day in his previous home when a child jumped on him. He reacted as most dogs would when startled in such a manner and bit the child. His owners were so upset by this that they wanted to euthanize him, not understanding that his reaction was not one of aggression. Another person stepped in and agreed to find him another home. Shadow is in Virginia and awaiting his future forever home.
