Poor Tallulah! Left chained to a barrel when her family moved, she was rescued, and is on to her new life!! She's a little skinny, and has to learn things like "no taking things off the counter". She is incredibly sweet. We can't wait to meet her!! She'll be arriving to her Virginia foster on July 10th.
