Victor was found as a stray in Texas when he showed up at a warehouse and decided not to leave. He arrived to his Pennsylvania foster on May 23rd. His foster has said so far, she can tell he’s a silly boy who is good with other dogs. Even though he is good with dogs he does not play with them. He doesn't care about toys or balls. He is content to lay with his people and get some lovin He does great with cats and he still needs to be kid tested.
