Charlie was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. He said he realizes he's not a shepherd, but is willing to go with anyone who could break him out of that jail! He'll be coming to the Virginia area in May/June. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
