Wiley was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. He had an embedded collar that was badly infected. Wiley also has a protruding, ummm...willy, that will need to be addressed. He is arriving to his Virginia foster on April 25th. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know.
